The Boathouse was re-built in the 1950's and was refurbished to a high standard in 2009 to provide an ideal holiday home for two.

In addition to the accommodation, 'The Boathouse' benefits from: private garaged parking, two private decked outdoor areas complete with garden furniture and a cool shaded courtyard ideal for evening barbeques.

It has a heated tiled entrance hall, with washing machine and hanging and storage space for outdoor shoes etc. Stairs lead off the hallway to the first floor accommodation, comprising:

• A cosy living room with two, two seater leather sofas, flat screen TV with digital freesat, DVD and CD player. Door leading to south facing 'breakfast balcony' equipped with garden furniture.
• A comfortable double bedroom. Sleeps 2 adults (not suitable for children).
• A well-appointed bathroom with power shower over bath. A fully equipped kitchen with gas hob, electric oven, dishwasher, fridge & additional freezer in garage, microwave and doors leading onto a private enclosed decked courtyard complete with garden furniture (great sun trap, ideal for sun lovers).

No pets and no smoking.
