Our farm and cottages are located in the hamlet of Rhodiad-y-Brenin, just a mile away from St Davids. The farm adjoins the Dowrog Common and the Dowrog Pools Nature Reserve, a site of special scientific interest managed by Welsh Wildlife.

It is a great place to live and also share with our guests. The night skies are free from light pollution and tranquillity is wonderful. We see hen harriers, owls and grey herons and always hope for interesting winter migrants – Bewick’s swans have been seen here in winter. The garden is alive with finches and other small birds. The Dowrog Common is vital for amphibians and the Amphibian and Reptile Conservation Trust together with Welsh Wildlife have invested in digging new pools in order to boost the habitat for our endangered amphibians.
